Over the past 15 years, the packages for liquid electronic chemicals have developed from standard industrial drums and totes to sophisticated high-tech packages fully meeting the requirements of the semiconductor industry with respect to safety, purity and cost-effectiveness. The long, winding road that this process has taken is described in this article.
