ABSTRACT 

MEDEA+ is Europe’s main collaborative infrastructure and monetary funding vehicle to insure that its member states remain competitive within the Semiconductor Industry with other regions of the world. SF reviews projects that are underway which safeguard European interests in the field of next generation semiconductor processing.
