Following a more than 65% drop in share price since the start of the year, Nvidia Corp. has announced that it is set to cut 360 jobs from its global workforce. Representing a 6.5% overall staff cut, the move was deemed a necessary one by CEO Jen-Hsun Huang, and one that will incur a restructuring cost of approximately $7 to $10 million in the third quarter of its fiscal 2009.
