A follow-up order by TSMC has been placed with Dianippon Screen (DNS) valued at approximately US$18.4 million. Known for its range of cleaning tools and coat/developers, this is the second order TSMC has placed with the Japanese equipment supplier this year.

To date, TSMC has placed orders with DNS worth approximately US$41 million in 2011. The payment conditions stipulate that 90% of the total payment should be received within 30 days after shipment and the remaining 10% within 30 days after acceptance.
