SUSS MicroTec expects order entry for the fourth quarter of 2010 to total about €50 million, which is significantly higher than guidance of more than €30 million, previously given.

As a consequence of the unexpectedly high order entry in the quarter, order entry for the full year 2010 is expected to be in the region of €189 million, which is also well above company expectations.
