Oxford InstrumentsOxford Instruments has won multiple tool orders from both research and development facilities and manufacturing plants in Russia recently. A total of six tools have been ordered including plasma deposition tools and an ‘Ionfab’ ion beam system.

“We are extremely pleased to have entered the Russian market so successfully over the past few years, and these new orders only emphasise our ability to establish ourselves in an evolving marketplace,” commented Mark Vosloo, Sales Director for Oxford.
