DRAM memory manufacturer, Inotera Memories has placed equipment orders with Applied Materials to the value of approximately US$17.3 million. Inotera is currently migrating from its own DDR2 processes to Micron Technologies stack DDR 3 processes at the 50nm node. Specific equipment details were not disclosed by Inotera.
