SpansionSpansion, Inc. has bestowed the title of World Class Supplier of the Year for 2007 on Tokyo Electron Ltd. for its quality of technical support and fabrication equipment supply for Spansion’s front-end technologies. This marks Tokyo Electron’s second year in a row to receive such an accolade from Spansion.

Other companies honored by Spansion were STATSChipPAC and Toppan, who were named Best-in-Class suppliers for 2007. A further 16 companies were recipients of Achievement Awards for their work with Spansion.
