UK-based LOT Oriel Group, a supplier of leading-edge scientific instruments for industry and academia, have announced that they have been selected as the exclusive distributor for Nanometrics Metrology Systems’ products throughout Europe. This distribution agreement will serve to bolster LOT’s growing product range, according to the company.
Nanometrics' product range addresses various semiconductor manufacturing processes such as metrology, photoluminescence mapping, CMP, CVD, lithography and etch.
