As part of JSR Corporation’s previous purchase of close to a 20% stake in Tri Chemical Laboratories Inc. the two companies have now announced plans to jointely develop, produce and sell high-grade raw materials for leading-edge semiconductor fabrication. JSR is emplying its polymer technology and functional materials with Tri Chemical Lab’s ultra high purity chemical products to create and expand areas of joint research.
