Joy Leo (pictured), a financial and corporate management veteran of the
technology industry, has joined PDF Solutions as Chief Administration
Officer. Ms. Leo joins the company from her role as CFO, Senior Vice
President and Secretary for Credence, from which role she resigned in November 2007
after a seven-month tenure. In the new CAO role, she will report to
company CEO John Kibarian. The role will see Ms. Leo take
responsibility for all company administrative activities.

President, General Counsel and Secretary with immediate effect. His
responsibilities will include management of the company’s legal

Fujitsu Microelectronics America, Inc. has announced the appointment of
Shinichi "James" Machida as President and CEO, effective from June
23rd, 2008. Machida leaves his role as President of Fujitsu
Microelectronics Asia Pte. Ltd. (FMAL) in Singapore, and Fujitsu
Microelectronics Pacific Asia Ltd. (FMP) in Hong Kong, and replaces
Kazuyuki Kawauchi, who takes up another role with Fujitsu
Microelectronics Limited, Japan in September.

veterans to its management team. Ben Eynon joins the company as Vice

The newly-announced STMicroelectronics and NXP Semiconductors joint
venture, dubbed ST-NXP Wireless, has announced the management team that
will steer the new company following its completion in the third
quarter of 2008. The company will be headed up by Alain Dutheil,
currently serving as COO of STMicroelectronics, who assumes the role of
CEO of ST-NXP Wireless.
