Dr. Michael Majerus, CFO at Qimonda AG for the last two years, has resigned. He had been with Qimonda since the formation of the company in 2006 after its spin-off from Infineon Technologies. Qimonda stated that Majerus' decision was made based on personal reasons and that he plans to pursue other interests.
