Nanometrics has appointed a Ronald W. Kisling as its new Chief Financial Officer, effective March 14th, 2011. Current CFO, Jim Moniz will stay on with the company through April 1st to ensure a seamless transition, according to the company. Moniz is retiring from the company. Replacing another litho guru in 2012, Chris Mack is to become editor of ‘Journal of Micro/Nanolithography, MEMS, and MOEMS,’ produced quarterly by SPIE.
