Rolf Deusinger, a member of the Advisory Board for ASML, has
announced his resignation from the role with immediate effect. A member
of the Board since July 2007, Mr. Deusinger has accepted a new position
with another company, hence his departure from ASML.

Bringing over 25 years of sales management experience to the company,
Matthew Ready (pictured) has been appointed to the Senior Vice
President role where he will oversee all company sales. He will report
to company CEO Ronnie Vasishta, and will take up responsibility for the
company’s sales strategy and for expanding the company’s sales channel

Currently serving as company President, Mario Ruscev (pictured) has
been promoted to the role of CEO for FormFactor, replacing company
founder Igor Khandros. Mr. Khandros now assumes the role of Executive
Chairman of the company Board of Directors, in turn succeeding Jim
Prestridge, who takes up the mantle of lead independent Director. All
executive changes will come into effect at the beginning of the
company’s fiscal third quarter of 2008.

by Jorge Tittinger, who assumes the role from June 9th 2008. Mr.
Titinger is a former Applied Materials and KLA-Tencor executive who
joined FormFactor in November 2007 as Senior Vice President of the Product Business Group, which role he has departed to take up the new role of COO for Verigy.

CFO for Marvell Technology. Mr. Hosein replaces George de Urioste, who
