Swagelok Company, developer and provider of fluid system solutions, has announced the appointment of Jeffrey Minnick as the director of operational accounting; meaning that he will be responsible for cost management and corporate budgeting as well as running the internal audit function for the worldwide organization.

Minnick has been at the Swagelok Company since 1991 where he has held positions in cost accounting and budgeting. During that time he has gained operational experience as manager of assembly operations at the company's Order Fulfillment Center.

Minnick holds a Bachelor of Science degree in mechanical engineering and an MBA with a concentration in finance, both from The University of Akron.
