Middle: Jean-Marie CollardThree members of different standards committees were honoured recently by SEMI Europe. Jan Rothe of Globalfoundries, Jean-Marie Collard from Solvay and Wolfgang Sievert, now retired from Honeywell. The awards were given in the presence of over 220 industry executives at the 3rd Executive Summit during SEMICON Europa, held last week in Dresden, Germany.

The Honor Award went to Wolfgang Sievert after more than 20 years on the European Chemicals and Gases Standards Technical Committee. The International Collaboration Award was given to Jan Rothe, having lead the International SEMI E84 Revision Taskforce and collaborated successfully with European, Japanese and American standards volunteers.

SEMI Europe Standards Leadership Award went to Jean-Marie Collard for providing outstanding leadership in guiding the SEMI Standards Program related to Chemicals and Gases.
