Eric StangRambus, a technology licensing company, has appointed Eric Stang (pictured) to its Board of directors and also to its Compensation Committee, effective from July 22nd, 2008. Mr. Stang, CEO and President of Reliant Technologies, Inc., also serves on the Board of Directors for Reliant Technologies, Miradia, Inc. and Yadav Technology.

Prior to joining Reliant Technologies, Mr. Stang served as Chairman, President and CEO of Lexar Media, Inc. He also served as Vice President and General Manager of ADAC Laboratories and as Director of Operations at Raychem Corporation. He holds a B.A. in economics from Stanford University and an M.B.A. from the Harvard Graduate School of Business, Harvard University.

Rambus, Inc. is a technology licensing company specializing in high-speed memory architecture design.
