P. SchleiderTechnology investment expert Peter D. Schleider (pictured) has accepted a seat on the Electroglas Board of Directors with immediate effect. Electroglas, Inc. is a supplier of wafer probers and software solutions for the semiconductor industry.

Mr. Schleider, founder and Manager of Peninsula Technology Fund, LP since 2001, brings over 25 years of industry experience to the role. He was involved at senior levels with investment funds such as RKB Capital, LP, and Matrix Capital Management, a technology-focused hedge fund of which he was co-founder. He was partner of technology-focussed investment bank Wessels, Arnold & Henderson and earlier in his career he worked as a hardware and software analyst with L.F. Rothschild, Unterberg, Towbin. Mr. Schleider has a B.A. in history and economics from Trinity University.
