Jay Biskupski named CFO at PeregrinePeregrine Semiconductor Corporation, suppliers of RF CMOS and mixed-signal communications ICs, have named Jay Biskupski as the company’s new CFO.  He will take over from Philip Chapman, who will take on an executive role watching over the deployment of Peregrine’s Intellectual Property licensing strategy.

Biskupski had previously been CFO at Xantrex Technology, Inc., in addition to being corporate controller at PMC-Sierra, Inc.  Prior to these roles, he has held various executive finance roles with Schlumberger Ltd. and was a controller and accounting systems manager at Nortel Networks Corporation.

Peregrine’s president and CEO, Jim Cable said, “Jay brings a wealth of experience with both public and private multinational companies, large and small, all of which faced the challenges of optimizing financial performance during both high-growth and uncertain industry conditions. We look forward to his contributions,” he added.
