Dr. HarariThe Global Semiconductor Alliance (GSA) has announced its intention to honor industry veteran Dr. Eli Harari as this year’s winner of the Dr. Morris Chang Exemplary Leadership Award. The award, which will be presented to Dr. Harari on December 11th 2008 at the Santa Clara Convention Center, recognizes exceptional contributions in global leadership within the semiconductor industry.

Dr. Harari, co-founder of SanDisk and CEO since its foundation in 1988, has been actively involved in the electronics industry for over 30 years. An authority on non-volatile memory technology, he has over 100 U.S. and foreign patents.
