Jorge TittingerVerigy’s newly created role of Chief Operating Officer has been filled by Jorge Tittinger, who assumes the role from June 9th 2008. Mr. Titinger is a former Applied Materials and KLA-Tencor executive who joined FormFactor in November 2007 as Senior Vice President of the Product Business Group, which role he has departed to take up the new role of COO for Verigy.

His past career includes roles in senior executive positions at KLA-Tencor Corp., including Chief Manufacturing Officer and Executive VP of the Global Operations and Corporate Support Groups. He also served as Vice President of Global Operations for SBS Products at Applied Materials, Inc. A graduate of Stanford University, Titinger holds a B.S. and M.S. in electrical engineering, and an M.S. in engineering management.

Verigy is a provider of semiconductor testing equipment.
