Mario RuscevCurrently serving as company President, Mario Ruscev (pictured) has been promoted to the role of CEO for FormFactor, replacing company founder Igor Khandros. Mr. Khandros now assumes the role of Executive Chairman of the company Board of Directors, in turn succeeding Jim Prestridge, who takes up the mantle of lead independent Director. All executive changes will come into effect at the beginning of the company’s fiscal third quarter of 2008.

FormFactor, Inc. is an IC test company based in California.
