Elpida Memory, Inc. has announced the appointment of Toshiaki Hagiwara to Chief Administrative Officer and Takehiro Fukada to Chief Financial Officer.

As Chief Administrative Officer, Mr. Hagiwara will lead the Administration & Management Office, the Risk Management Group and the Business Development Office. He previously served as CFO.

Mr. Fukada will take over the CFO position, where he will lead the Finance & Accounting Office and the Corporate Communications Group. He was previously Chief Administrative Officer.
