Jordan Valley Semiconductors (JVS) appointed Paul Ryan, Ph.D. to Corporate Vice President and United Kingdom Site Manager, where he will be accountable for Operations and Engineering at the company’s facility in the UK. 

Prior to his current position, Dr. Ryan served as Director of Technology with JVS since the company acquired Bede Scientific in 2008.  He led projects in X-Ray Diffraction (HRXRD) technology and the Technology and Engineering team in the UK. 

Isaac Mazor, JVS Chairman and CEO said, "Dr. Ryan's appointment demonstrates the importance that Jordan Valley assigns to strain engineering as a key enabling technology for ensuring yield in the production of semiconductor devices in 32nm technology node and beyond. It also indicates Jordan Valley's on-going commitment to the future of the HRXRD technology and to the UK operation."
