Michael GrayCVD Equipment has hired Michael J. Gray as Vice President of Sales and Marketing to head up all sales and marketing functions for the company, working from the Ronkonkoma, New York headquarters.

Prior to joining CVD, Gray was employed by Innov-X Systems, maker of X-Ray Fluorescence analyzers, where he held the position of Vice President of Sales and Marketing.  In addition to his 25 years of technical sales experience, Gray has demonstrated executive responsibility in sales, marketing and customer support with firms such as JEOL, KLA-Tencor, and General Signal for more than 15 years.

"CVD is in a great position and I am joining at a highly opportune moment.  The Company has a long history of world-class technology, yet this is still an opportunity with tremendous upside as we are on the ground floor of some of the most exciting new advanced technology opportunities. I am very excited about my future with CVD," he said.
