Celerity, Inc. has named Timothy Harris as CEO with immediate effect. Bringing over 25 years of management experience to the role, he departs his most recent role as CEO of Komag, a recordable media manufacturer.

Before joining Komag, Harris served as COO for iolon, Inc., prior to which he was Senior Vice President of worldwide technology manufacturing operations at Seagate Technology, where he held various management and operations roles. He held similar roles with Conner Peripherals, Domain Technology and Memorex. Mr. Harris has a Bachelor’s degree from the University of California, Santa Cruz and an M.B.A. from Santa Clara University.

Celerity is a critical components supplier to the semiconductor industry.
