J PandraudFollowing on from the retirement of former Executive Vice President and COO Jean-Marc Pandraud, who will remain with the company as a senior advisor, Entegris has promoted former EVP and Chief Administrative Officer Bertrand Loy (pictured) to the COO role. Mr. Loy previously served as CFO for Mykrolis, which company merged with Entegris in 2005.

Mr. Loy served as CAO since the merger in 2005. Prior to joining Mykrolis, was Chief Information Officer of Millipore Corporation from 1999 to 2000, and from 1995 to 1999 as controller and manufacturing manager for its Laboratory Water Division. He also worked for Sandoz Pharmaceuticals (Novartis) earlier in his career in a variety of financial, audit and strategic planning positions. He holds an MBA from ESSEC in Paris, France.

Entegris is a critical components and materials handling products supplier.
