ASML HQRolf Deusinger, a member of the Advisory Board for ASML, has announced his resignation from the role with immediate effect. A member of the Board since July 2007, Mr. Deusinger has accepted a new position with another company, hence his departure from ASML. 

He joined ASML from his former role as Executive Vice President of Human Resources at ICI, which role he departed following the company’s merger with AkzoNobel.

ASML is a lithography system provider based in Veldhoven, The Netherlands.
