Paula LuprioreAsyst Technologies, Inc. has named a new COO and CFO in Paula LuPriore (pictured) and Aaron Tachibana, respectively. Ms. LuPriore takes up the roles of Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, departing her former role with the company as Senior Vice President, Automation Solutions Group. Aaron Tachibana, who had tendered his resignation to the company about a month ago, has been retained as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Micron shuffles sales operations: Mike Sadler moves to MeiYa

M. SadlerMicron Technology has reorganized and expanded its sales structure after Mike Sadler has moved to MeiYa Technology Corporation, Micron and Nanya’s 300mm joint venture operation. Sadler has been appointed Vice President. Replacing Sadler as Vice President of Worldwide Sales is Mark Adams, formerly Micron’s Vice President of Digital Media, joined Micron in 2006 with the company’s acquisition of Lexar Media.
