Brooks Automation, Inc. has completed its merger with Helix Technology Corporation on October 26, 2005, according to the company. Under the terms of the transaction, each share of Helix common stock outstanding was converted into the right to receive 1.11 shares of Brooks common stock. Brooks stockholders also approved the increase in Brooks' authorized shares of common stock to 125 million shares from 100 million shares.
