RF semiconductor company Sequoia Communications has promoted two of its
employees to the level of Vice President, with immediate effect. Reza
Kasnavi has been named as Vice President of product management, while
Duncan Pilgrim (pictured) takes up the role of Vice President of
marketing.
Mr. Kasnavi joined Sequoia in 2005 and departs his role as Director
of product development. He has worked with companies including HP and
IBM Microelectronics and also served as Venture Partner at Tallwood
Venture Capital. A semiconductor industry veteran with more than 11
years’ experience in the industry, Mr. Kasnavi has a Master’s degree
and a Doctorate in electrical engineering from Stanford University.
Mr.
Pilgrim joined Sequoia Communications in 2007 as Director of product
marketing, and brings more than 14 years of RF engineering and
marketing experience to his new VP role. Earlier in his career, he held
roles such as Technical Marketing Manager and Strategic Marketing
Manager at RF Micro Devices (RFMD). He also worked at Mitel
Semiconductors (formerly GEC Plessey Semiconductor) as RF IC Designer
and RF Applications Engineer. Mr. Pilgrim holds a Master’s degree from
Wake Forest University.
