Daniel Berenbaum, formerly of Applied Materials, has joined Cowen and Company LLC as a Senior Analyst for the semiconductor sector. Berenbaum’s career as an analyst began in 2003 and has seen him work with companies including Smith Barney Citigroup and Susquehanna Financial Group, again covering the semiconductor sector. 

Prior to 2003, Berenbaum spent seven years with Applied Materials in a variety of roles, including Product Marketing Manager and Senior Field Operations Manager. He is a graduate of the United States Naval Academy in Annapolis and served in the Navy as a nuclear propulsion surface line officer.
