Chief Operating Officer Ken Joyce has added the role of President of Amkor Technology, Inc. to his title. Joyce’s former role included the roles of Executive Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer, which posts have been taken up by Gil Tily. 

Mr. Joyce joined the company in 1997 and, following an 8-year tenure as CFO, he was appointed to the role of Chief Administrative Officer in 2007 and Chief Operating Officer in February 2008.

Gil Tily is now Executive Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer, and also remains in the roles of General Counsel and Corporate Secretary.

Amkor Technology, Inc. is a semiconductor test and assembly company.
