Joining Oxford Instruments’ Plasma Technology division, Bernard Scanlan (pictured) departs his former role as Operations Director at the company’s Nanoscience sector to take over as General Manager of the company’s newly acquired Technologies and Devices International, Inc. (TDI) business. 

TDI is a manufacturer of nitride materials, and Mr. Scanlan will apply his years of experience in operations and management to the management of this new acquisition.

Oxford Instruments Plasma Technology designs, supplies and supports high technology processing tools.
