Rohm and Haas Electronics Materials’ CMP Technologies business, in conjunction with Nitta Haas, Inc., has received Hitachi Semiconductor Singapore’s Supplier Excellence Award for 2008. Rohm and Haas was named best in the Direct Material Seller category for the second year in a row. 

“Rohm and Haas Electronic Materials CMP Technologies’ team in South-East Asia, is an invaluable partner that continues to demonstrate excellence in services support for delivery, technology and quality,” said Head of HNS Division for Operations Fumiyuki Kanai. “The team synergy built over the years with CMP Technologies and Nitta Haas has benefited and provided value-add to both parties.
