Peter Knepper, partner with Tatum LLC and founder of Keystone Advisors, has been working in an advisory capacity with International Rectifier since January, and has been appointed to the role of acting CFO. He succeeds Linda J. Pahl, who was also acting CFO and who will remain with the company in the capacity of financial consultant. 

Mr. Knepper brings over 25 years of financial management experience to International Rectifier, including experience as interim CFO at MDI, for which company he is currently a member of the board, and a period as Executive Vice President and CFO at Key3Media Group, Inc. Earlier in his career, he spent 10 years with Ticketmaster Group, Inc. as Senior Vice President and CFO.

Korn/Ferry International has been brought on board to find a permanent replacement, a search that will be led by Dr. James Plummer, Chairman of the Corporate Governance and Nominating Committee.

International Rectifier Corp. is an analog chip manufacturer based in California.
