ASAT Holdings’ new Presidential role filled by Jeffrey Osmun |

ASAT Holdings’ newly-created role of company President will be taken up by Jeffrey Osmun, former Corporate Vice President of sales and marketing for STATS ChipPAC. Effective from today, Osmun’s role of President will be accompanied by the additional role of Executive Vice President of sales and marketing.
Mr. Osmun’s past career includes nearly 20 years of semiconductor industry sales experience garnered from companies including STATS ChipPAC, 12 years with Kyocera America, Inc. in roles culminating in his National Sales Manager title, and a role as Corporate Vice President of sales and marketing at Arizona-based White Electronic Designs. He has a B.Sc. in mechanical engineering from Lehigh University.
Vacating the Executive Vice President of sales and marketing post is Joe Martin, who now takes responsibility for the company’s business strategy as Chief Business Officer. Mr, Martin remains on the company Board and will now report to Tung Lok Li, acting CEO.
ASAT Holdings is a semiconductor package and design company.
