Aprio Technologies, a design for manufacturability (DFM) solutions provider has appointed Dr. Chris Mack, former VP of lithography technology for KLA-Tencor, and Dr. Michael Orshansky, assistant professor in the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at the University of Texas at Austin to its technology advisory board. A globally recognized industry and academic lithography expert. He was founder and former president and chief technology officer of FINLE Technologies, a developer of lithography simulation software, Dr. Mack became VP of lithography technology for KLA-Tencor in February 2000, when the company acquired FINLE. A prolific author, frequent conference chair and keynote speaker at events such as SPIE, Dr. Mack also serves as an adjunct faculty member in the Electrical and Computer Engineering and Chemical Engineering Departments of the University of Texas at Austin.
