Fujitsu announces executive promotions |

Fujitsu Limited has announced several executive appointments following a meeting of the Board of Directors. While the majority of the appointments will come into effect following a company EGM planned for late June, Kuniaki Nozoe’s promotion to the role of Corporate Senior Executive Vice President comes into effect on April 1st.
Mr. Nozoe will, following the company’s meeting in June, add to this Senior Executive role the title of President and Executive Director. An employee of Fujitsu since 1971, his current role is Corporate First Senior Vice President.
Michiyoshi Mazuka (pictured), a Fujitsu employee since 1968, assumes the post of Chairman and Executive Director. A seasoned executive with Fujitsu, Mr. Mazuka’s current post is as Corporate Senior Executive Vice President and Representative Director
Additional reshuffles planned for June include Chairman and Representative Director Naoyuki Akikusa’s appointment as Senior Executive Advisor and Director, and Hiroaki Kurokawa’s departure from the President and Representative Director post to step into the role of Senior Executive Advisor.
