Conexant appoints Mark Peterson to oversee legal affairs Print E-mail

ImageMark Peterson (pictured), former SVP, General Counsel and Secretary at Targus Group International, Inc., has joined Conexant as Chief Legal Officer. Also assuming the roles of Secretary and Senior Vice President, Mr. Peterson will take responsibility for all of Conexant’s global legal affairs, and will report to CEO Dan Artusi. 

Prior to joining Targus Group International, Peterson worked for close to 10 years with Meade Instruments Corp. in roles including General Counsel, Secretary, Senior VP of International Operations and Managing Director of Meade Europe. He has a B.Sc. degree in accounting from Brigham Young University School of Accountancy in Utah and a J.D. degree from the Boalt Hall School of Law at the University of California at Berkeley.

Conexant is a fabless semiconductor company.
