Soitec dismisses Pascal Mauberger as COO Print E-mail
Feb 20, 2008 at 03:09 PM

ImageThe Soitec Board of Directors has decided to revoke Pascal Mauberger’s (pictured) position as company COO, it has been announced. It appears that the dismissal has arisen from “fluctuations in demand from [the company’s] main customers,” according to the press release.

Mr. Mauberger, company COO since 2003, will not be replaced in the role. André Jacques Auberton-Hervé, Chairman and CEO, will assume the operations duties and will be assisted in this action by the company Directors of Finance, Human Resources, Industrial Operations, Development and Sales and R&D.

Soitec intends to publish its fourth-quarter sales results for 2007-08 on April 14th.

Soitec is an SOI substrate provider based in France.
