David Mills joins Marvell’s Board Print E-mail

ImageDavid Mills (pictured) has been added to both the Board of Directors and the governance board for Marvell, with immediate effect. Mr. Mills has been managing general partner of private investment firm Harbourton Enterprises since 1999. 

He adds this title to his other board seats with several non-profit organizations, including Quest Bridge and the NAACP Legal Defense Fund, for which he also serves as co-chairman. Mills was founder and first Director of the Stanford Clinical Law Program. A senior lecturer at Stanford Law School, he has also been a member of the Law School faculty since 1997. He has a B.A. degree from Rutgers University and a juris doctor degree from Rutgers-Newark Law School.

Marvell is a major fabless company.
