Michael Rashkin (pictured) recently announced his intention to resign from the role of interim CFO for Marvell Technology due to personal health concerns. He will be immediately replaced by George A. de Urioste, who joins the company from his COO and CFO roles at Chordiant Software, Inc. Marvell will continue its search to find a permanent CFO.

He brings much experience in acquisitions, strategic alliances, international business management and board of director-related responsibilities to Marvell. A CPA in California, he has an M.B.A. from the University of California at Berkeley and a B.S. in accounting from the University of Southern California.
