Former KLA Counsel joins MIPS Technologies Print E-mail

J. BourgoinStuart Nichol, a veteran of the legalities of the technology industry, has joined the MIPS Technologies team as Vice President and General Counsel and Corporate Secretary. Nichols brings over 20 years of experience to the role, including time as Vice President and General Counsel for KLA-Tencor. 

Nichol will, in his new role, oversee the company's legal and business affairs and will report to John Bourgoin (pictured), President and CEO. Nichol has a bachelor’s degree from the University of California at Berkeley and a J.D. from the University of San Francisco School of Law.

MIPS Technologies, Inc. is an analog IP provider to the semiconductor industry.
