The Board of Directors of Maxim Integrated Products has added Joseph R. Bronson (pictured) to its members. Mr. Bronson, President and COO at Sanmina-SCI, is also a member of the Board for Jacobs Engineering Group, Inc., and it is expected that he will eventually take up the role of Chairman of Maxim’s Audit Committee pending the completion of the company’s financial restatement. 

Prior to his joining Sanmina, Bronson was President and Director of Formfactor, Inc., a position from which he resigned in January this year (read more).  He also spent over 20 years with Applied Materials, culminating with the role of Executive Vice President and CFO.
