L. PerhamManagement changes are afoot for Mosys, with the replacement of Chet Silvestri as President and CEO by Len Perham (pictured), and the coinciding resignation of company CFO James Pekarsky.  Reasons for the departure of Mr. Silvestri and the resignation of Mr. Pekarsky were not divulged in the company press release.
