Patricia Chou takes CFO role at Actions Semiconductor |

Fabless company Actions Semiconductor has announced a senior-level reshuffle with the news that Patricia Chou, Vice President of Finance, has stepped into the role of company CFO. Former CFO David Lee has taken the role of Chairman of the Board.
Ms. Chou joined Actions in 2006, prior to which she held the role of Senior Director of Accounting at SMIC. She has also worked with Winbond Electronics Corp. as Director of Accounting and Planning, and has worked with Deloitte as a financial auditor. She has a Bachelor’s degree in business administration from National Taiwan University, a Master of accounting from the University of Southern California and an M.B.A. from the University of California at Berkeley.
Other additions to Actions’ Board include Nan-Horng Yeh, company CEO, and Fred Chen, Director of the OLED Laboratory, Display Institute, National Chiao Tung University in Hsinchu. Two former Board members, Byung-Jin Kang and Hui-Dong Tien, resigned from the Board to pursue other interests.
