For those of you coming to Chip Shots via micromagazine.com or chipshotsblog.com or the usual RSS feeds, you're probably surprised to find yourself seeing the blog in a new home with a new look.
Welcome to Version 2.0---Chip Shots @ Fabtech.org!
The good folks at Fabtech have offered Chip Shots a fresh venue, one that will provide the blog a place to grow and reach a wider audience, while hopefully becoming part of a viable business model for yours truly in the process. Our partnership will provide one of the most compelling destinations on the Web for information and analysis on the entire semiconductor manufacturing value chain as well as coverage of several related micro/nanoelectronics sectors.
Chip Shots will continue to offer my independent perspectives and reporting on chipmaking, MEMS, nanotech, flexible/organic/printed electronics, and cleantech, as well as occasional musings on the arts, sports, politics, food, history, and other curiosities of the world(s) we live in. I also encourage you to check the Editors Blog of my colleague, Mark Osborn, editor of Fabtech, whose own observations make for an entertaining and informative read.
