Jennifer K. Robinson, FabTime, Inc.

ABSTRACT

FabTime is focused on improving wafer-fab cycle times through consulting, training, and our webbased digital dashboard software. In this article, we discuss several best practices for improving fab cycle time by focusing on tool uptime.
