iCADA wins reticle management order from Singapore fab |

iCADA GmbH, a German based software company, has received an order for
their Reticle Management Software (RSM) from a major worldwide chip
supplier located in Singapore.
After reviewing various suppliers the customer selected iCADA as their
reticle management solution provider, according to the company. All
major modules are included in the delivery: Stocker automation, reticle
life cycle management, reticle inspection management, web interface,
mask house connectivity, etc.
